Samuel Geer will present\, “Revealing the Invisible: Experiencing and Interpreting the St. Louis River along Waabizheshikana (The Marten Trail).” \nGeer is president of Urban Ecosystems\, a Twin Cities-based landscape architecture practice. He was lead designer for the interpretive plan for Waabizheshikana (formerly the Western Waterfront Trail in Duluth) and will share the process by which the team sought to celebrate the plants\, animals and landscapes along the waterfront.
