This half-day course empowers property managers to understand the connections between winter maintenance practices and sustainability.

Learn how to:

  • Reduce damage caused by salt indoors & outdoors,
  • Incorporate sustainable practices,
  • Deal with liability…and other winter headaches.

What can I expect?

Winter maintenance is a major responsibility for property managers in this region. Through presentations and class exercises participants will learn how reduce damages caused by salt both indoors and outdoors, how to know if your maintenance crew is using sustainable practices, dealing with liability, and other winter maintenance headaches.
